Currently, under the "State/Province/Region" field in the billing setup, the Republic of Kosovo is incorrectly listed as "Kosovo-Metohija" and presented as a region of Serbia. This designation is factually inaccurate and entirely unacceptable for your users in Kosovo. The Republic of Kosovo is an independent state, recognized by over 100 countries, including the United States.
What makes this discrepancy particularly frustrating is that Vercel already has this configured correctly in other areas of your website. For example, on the "Talk to our Sales team" page, Kosovo is correctly listed as an independent country in the dropdown menu, and the phone number selector accurately displays the Kosovo flag (+383).
I kindly request that you escalate this issue to your engineering or billing integration team to update the location data provider for the Billing section. Aligning the billing form with the accurate geographical data you already use on your Sales page will resolve this inconsistency.
