(Custom domain) Invalid Configuration Problem

Hi, I updated my domain **shivyantratechnologies.in** to use Vercel nameservers (ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com) on 22 April 2025. It was working fine at first, but since 23 April, Vercel is showing “Invalid Configuration” and says No Nameservers Found.

I double-checked on https://registry.in , and it shows the correct nameservers are set. It’s been over 30 hours now, but the domain is still not resolving. Please help me fix this.

The DNS hasn’t propagated yet: DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool. We can only serve traffic once DNS start pointing to our server.

But it’s been over 30 hours, and the nameservers are already correctly set on https://registry.in

Name Server: ns1.vercel-dns.com
Name Server: ns2.vercel-dns.com

Also, the domain was working perfectly for 2 days after I set the nameservers on 22nd April 2025 — then suddenly, on 23rd April, it started showing:

“Invalid Configuration”
“No Nameservers Found”

I haven’t made any further changes since then. It seems like the Vercel DNS zone was either not synced properly or got disconnected.

Unfortunately this is beyond our control as the registry first needs to point out to our server before we start serving traffic. We recommend contacting registrar to find out more information why Nameserver isn’t being propagated.

I also noticed serverHold in Whois network which typically indicates that a domain is inactive at the registry level, typically due to issues like administrative problems, legal disputes, or payment defaults
