Subject: Custom domain times out from Morocco while Vercel deployment works

Hello Vercel Support,

My domain fabinfaempire.com and www.fabinfaempire.com are registered with Vercel and connected to my project repere-senteur.

Both domains show Valid Configuration in the Vercel dashboard, and the nameservers are ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com.

However, the custom domains time out from my network in Morocco, while https://repere-senteur.vercel.app works.

Diagnostics:

• www.fabinfaempire.com normally resolves to 64.29.17.1 and 216.198.79.1.
• A normal HTTPS request to the domain times out.
• Forcing www.fabinfaempire.com to 64.29.17.1 also times out.
• Forcing it to 216.198.79.1 returns HTTP 200 OK.
• Forcing it to 64.29.17.129 also returns HTTP 200 OK.
• The apex domain redirects to www with HTTP 308 when tested against a working Vercel IP.

Could you investigate whether this is a routing or connectivity issue affecting Vercel Edge IPs from Moroccan networks, and advise on the officially supported solution?

I have not changed the DNS records.
