Hello Vercel team,
I am experiencing a platform-level custom-domain routing issue.
Project: foxnutoriginb2b
Project ID: prj_YKStkPmGuXV1YmPXUGXufENgQ4TW
Team: fox-nut-origin
Domain: www.foxnutorigin.in
Current Production deployment: dpl_9vFEE7e2mzCgv9WvJ7vPvLn57VX9
GitHub master commit: 6e15e0e121af67a605a6dd8643fdd4d05bc4e037
Problem: https://www.foxnutorigin.in/ returns:
HTTP 404 Server: Vercel X-Vercel-Error: NOT_FOUND
The application itself is working. The deployment URL successfully served the homepage with HTTP 200 before deployment protection was encountered in later unauthenticated diagnostic requests.
Vercel currently reports:
- foxnutorigin.in: Valid Configuration
- www.foxnutorigin.in: Valid Configuration
- www.foxnutorigin.in: Production
- Current deployment aliases include: www.foxnutorigin.in foxnutorigin.in
DNS is also correctly configured:
www.foxnutorigin.in → CNAME cccd3eebadfde901.vercel-dns-017.com
The apex domain correctly returns HTTP 308 to: https://www.foxnutorigin.in/
We have already:
- performed a fresh Production deployment
- removed and re-added www.foxnutorigin.in through the Vercel dashboard
- verified the alias points to the current Production deployment
- verified DNS
- checked Deployment Protection
- confirmed there is no other Vercel project/deployment owning the hostname
The custom domain still returns the Vercel platform-level NOT_FOUND response.
Could you please inspect the Vercel edge/custom-domain routing state for this hostname and determine why the hostname is returning NOT_FOUND despite being correctly associated with the current Production deployment?
Relevant X-Vercel request IDs from recent requests can be provided if required.
