Custom domain SSL certificate stuck provisioning

My custom domain 403firstclassdetails.ca has been stuck on “SSL certificate provisioning” through Design Detail for about 2 days.

Design Detail uses Vercel for the website hosting. The domain is showing as connected in Design Detail, but the SSL certificate has not been issued.

When I open 403firstclassdetails.ca in Safari, I get: “Safari can’t open the page because it couldn’t establish a secure connection to the server.”

I have verified the DNS records publicly:

A: @ → 216.150.1.1 CNAME: www → e2ff846198950f6e.vercel-dns-017.com CAA: 0 issue letsencrypt.org

The Design Detail SSL refresh button does not change the status.

Could you please check whether the SSL certificate is stuck on the Vercel side and advise how it can be reissued/provisioned?

I have already gone through the DNS troubleshooting. The DNS records are resolving correctly, and CAA includes Let’s Encrypt. Design Detail shows the domain as connected, but SSL has been stuck on “SSL certificate provisioning” for about 2 days. Safari also cannot establish a secure connection. Could someone please check the certificate provisioning on the Vercel side or advise if this needs to be escalated to the Domains team
