My custom domain activityhub.com.br is correctly configured and verified in Vercel.

DNS is correctly configured with Vercel nameservers, and: vercel domains verify activityhub.com.br returns: “Valid Configuration”

The .vercel.app deployment works normally, but both: activityhub.com.br www.activityhub.com.br

time out when accessing HTTPS.

I ran Vercel's connectivity diagnostic. All tested Vercel Anycast IPs respond to ICMP ping, but TCP/443 times out on every tested IP.

The issue occurs across multiple devices and independent networks.

Could you please help investigate the connectivity/routing to the Vercel Edge for these custom domains?
