www.inboxviewed.com times out on multiple separate fixed networks in Morocco, while enigmail.vercel.app and vercel.com work from those same connections.

The domain worked normally from the same affected networks until approximately July 28-29, 2026. The timeouts began suddenly around 3 to 4 days ago, without any intentional DNS, domain, or deployment changes on my side.

Vercel reports both the apex domain and www as Valid Configuration. DNS resolves successfully, but TCP connections on port 443 to the Vercel custom-domain edge addresses time out. The domain works through mobile data and some other networks.

Test-NetConnection www.inboxviewed.com -Port 443 returns TcpTestSucceeded: False, while the native enigmail.vercel.app deployment successfully connects and redirects to the custom domain.

This appears similar to recent Morocco reports involving reachability problems to 216.198.79.0/24 and 64.29.17.0/24.

Could a Vercel team member investigate regional or ISP reachability to these custom-domain edge ranges and confirm whether temporarily using the legacy Vercel DNS records is supported?

I tested the public legacy Vercel DNS records and they restored access for the affected fixed networks:

A @ -> 76.76.21.21 CNAME www -> cname.vercel-dns-0.com

I am currently using them as a temporary workaround while waiting for Vercel to fix the routing issue affecting the newer custom-domain edge ranges.

Save your current DNS values before changing anything, since this is a workaround rather than a confirmed permanent fix.

i honestly don't know, i don't have the pro plan to talk with the support so all i could do is ask in here to see if we can reach them i suppose. Let's hope it works and this problem gets fixed, i am currently using this temporary fix and somtimes test my project dns settings to see if it was fixed, i would appreciate if you could let me know if you try some day and the normal dns settings work for you.
