I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Vercel custom domain.
My deployment works perfectly:
However, both of my custom domains suddenly stopped working:
The browser reports a timeout.
Here’s what I’ve already checked:
- Vercel shows “Valid Configuration” for both domains.
- Namecheap confirmed there are no DNS issues.
- The domain is active and uses Namecheap BasicDNS.
- DNS resolves correctly.
The issue occurs on multiple devices and multiple Wi-Fi/mobile networks.
Since the deployment works but the custom domain does not, I’m wondering if this could be an edge routing issue or something else on Vercel’s side.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions?
