Update: Solved

The problem turned out to be selective reachability to 216.198.79.0/24 and 64.29.17.0/24 from my network in Morocco.

TCP 443 connections to:

216.198.79.1
2
216.198.79.65
3
64.29.17.1
4
64.29.17.65

were timing out, while vercel.app and 76.76.21.21 were reachable normally.

Fix

I switched from using Vercel nameservers to the following DNS configuration:

7xmohamed.com -> A 76.76.21.21
2
www.7xmohamed.com -> CNAME cname.vercel-dns.com
3
achkhasni.7xmohamed.com -> A 76.76.21.21

For www, I used the CNAME value provided by the Vercel dashboard.

After DNS propagation, all three domains became accessible from the previously affected network.

I verified the result using:

curl -v

Everything is now working as expected.
