Custom Firewall Rules Don't Use Created Environments

I am trying to set up a custom firewall rule that involves a custom environment I’ve set up for this project. However, the only two options provided here are the Vercel out-of-the-box options: Production and Preview. This ideally should have all of the configured environments. I have two other environments created here that are not showing up.
