I was on a free plan up until yesterday, i saw the option to get premium with your student email. So I used my school email and was approved. I was given $25 in credits i believe, I only used about $4-$5 worth of credits after that. Currently i still have $21 from yesterday. But it keeps telling me that i need to upgrade my plan to continue using it. I tried waiting about 24 hours and the issue is still persisting. Can someone tell me what’s going on please?
I’ve attached how many credits i currently have, my student access verified and the message i keep getting when i try to continue working on my project. It’s telling me to go upgrade to the team plan but thats what the student verification just gave me access to for a year. Would anybody be able to help me with this?
