Hello, why are the files deleted when I tell it to modify a page? I have no idea why the entire platform I made is deleted, it happened about 8 times today

i ran into a same issue yerterday. What ever i prompt to v0 , like to add a comment or simplest of a think into a specific file. It deletes my whole code base which was present before the prompt. Can you please help me with it.
I tried to do on a new fork , created a new project , tried my prompts. Nothing works.
