Deployment Error – Your Team encountered an unknown problem

Hello Vercel Support Team,

I am trying to deploy my first project on Vercel, but I am getting the following error during deployment:

“Your Team encountered an unknown problem. Please reach out to our support team for details.”

Could you please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible? @amyegan @pawlean

Regarding this issue, I have already sent multiple emails and submitted the support form, but I am still facing the same error. It has been 5 days now, and I am unable to deploy my project.

Could you please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible? I would really appreciate your support. @abhivarde @pranaygp

Hi @Harshgajera1,

A couple of quick things to check while waiting for the Vercel team:

  • Git Integration: Disconnect and reconnect GitHub/GitLab in Team Settings → Git
  • Env Variables: Remove any pre-configured vars (like EDGE_CONFIG) and try deploying a blank starter template

Also, if possible, share a short screen recording of what happens after clicking Deploy, it’ll help identify the issue faster.

I followed the suggested steps, but the issue is still not resolved. I have attached the error screenshot for your reference.

Since it’s still showing an unknown problem during project creation, this may need a deeper check from the Vercel team. Please create a support case via the Vercel Help Center with your team/project details so they can investigate further.
