Deployment is stuck on staged

Problem

I have a deployment that is stuck in the staged status.

Current Behavior

  • I have tried to promote the deployment.
  • The dashboard indicates the promotion was successful.
  • However, the production environment does not update, and the deployment remains in the staged state.

Environment

  • Usage limits have not been reached.

We have applied a fix and are seeing recovery across builds and dashboard. We are continuing to monitor.
