Hi, my Vercel Hobby account (project: budgens-dashboard, org: dhanvanth1) has been showing "temporarily paused" / returning 402 errors on the live deployment since it was first published today, even though the deployment status shows Ready and Function Invocations are 0 (meaning traffic is being blocked before reaching the app). I disabled Vercel Authentication in Deployment Protection settings but the issue persists. This is a brand new account's first-ever deployment. The automated Vercel Agent chat could not resolve it, and the one-time soft-block unblock endpoint returned "This endpoint only works for teams that are currently soft-blocked," implying the account isn't flagged as soft-blocked by that system, yet the site remains inaccessible. Could a human look into why this project's traffic is being blocked? Thank you.
