Deployment Storage not decreasing after deleting deployments (Hobby, team reed35s-projects)

Hi Vercel team,

My team reed35s-projects (Hobby) shows Deployment Storage at 9.69 GB / 10 GB. I deleted about 30 old deployments of the project ai-video-tutorials and set deployment retention to 1 week, but the storage number hasn't gone down. The deleted deployments are listed under "Recently deleted deployments" with "29 days left" and a Restore option.

My questions:

Do deployments in "Recently deleted" still count toward Deployment Storage?
Is there a way to permanently delete them now, so the storage is freed right away?
If not, will usage drop automatically when the 30 days end, and how long does the usage number take to update?
What happens if a Hobby team goes over 10 GB? Will new deployments be blocked, or will the site go offline?
