Project "fillbook" (prj_qelaiyXJBvW5ezDNU75KOiah9jbW, team justwilliams407-3300s-projects, Hobby plan) cannot create new deployments. Last successful production deployment: dpl_4iJar8BYhEjXAFNfjbLZdhN1UhmL (commit 90bbdb6), several hours ago on the same day - so it's not that everything broke, one specific push got stuck while an earlier push the same day worked fine.
I tried every deployment-trigger mechanism and all fail identically:
- Pushing a new commit to the connected GitHub repo (Justncredible223/fillbook) on main - no deployment created after 15+ minutes.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting the GitHub integration in Project Settings > Git, then retrying - same result.
- Creating a Deploy Hook for main and triggering it via POST, 3 times (job IDs: ZwUUqKe1ym1OdVuFHTxa, LMYS7a1eNgQ6Vmec6UOi, 1Btx9mLkAKOgSekDXVG4). Each was accepted with a "PENDING" job state, but none ever produced a visible deployment in the project's Deployments list.
- Using the dashboard's native "Redeploy" action on the existing production deployment - also produced nothing.
Other projects on this account (e.g. revecta-app) have deployed successfully recently, so this looks specific to the fillbook project's deployment pipeline, not account-wide. Status page shows all systems operational, and usage is well within Hobby plan limits.
I also opened a chat with the Vercel Agent (thread 03c88749-ea37-4f6a-a501-71aa3902b7de) but on the Hobby plan, technical/CI/CD categories only offer community support, not a direct ticket, so I'm posting here instead.
Could anyone from the Vercel team (or anyone who's seen this before) help investigate why deployment jobs for this project are accepted but never progress to an actual deployment? Thank you!
