GitHub Integration Broken — Deploys Not Reflecting Changes

I’ve had a persistent issue for weeks where Vercel says deployments are “Ready” but changes from GitHub aren’t reflected at all.

:white_check_mark: GitHub repo is clean
:white_check_mark: Supabase config is correct
:cross_mark: Vercel deploys do not update the frontend

I’m on the edge. Ready to move shop.
Would appreciate any insights from Vercel support or others who fixed this without wiping everything.

All of your recent (45 days ago) deployments are in error state which is why they’re not hitting production

It looks like your project is actually in a subdirectory, so you’ll need to go to Project Settings → Build and Deployment → Root Directory and set that to the name of the subdirectory
