Describing Vercel usage in startup program applications

Hi! I’m YongWook from StellaDev, a very early-stage startup in South Korea :waving_hand:

We’re currently prototyping a service where Vercel is used as our primary deployment and hosting platform for the frontend and edge functions.

We’re applying to a Korean government-backed startup program, and one section asks us to list infrastructure providers we’re using or planning to use.

We’re planning to describe this as:
“Using Vercel as a core deployment and hosting platform for service development.”

No partnership, credits, logo usage, or public announcement involved — just a factual description of our usage.

We’ll go ahead with this wording unless there’s any concern from your side.

Yes this type of language is ok, as long as it’s clear it’s a customer relationship you should be fine

The “Solutions” tab on the homepage has some language for various use-cases that might be helpful when putting together the application

Since you mentioned further assistance, I actually have one more question. As StellaDev is a very early-stage startup, we are looking for ways to optimize our infrastructure costs while scaling.

Does Vercel offer any specific programs for startups (like “Vercel for Startups”)? We are particularly interested in:

  • Infrastructure credits or discounts for early-stage teams.

  • Any technical resources or support tiers tailored for startups.

We’re big fans of the platform and would love to grow our service alongside Vercel. Thanks again for your proactive support!
