Did I really LOST $18.29?

Hey v0 team,

quick question… I’ve NOT been using v0 to accomplish my project since I had my share of headaches. Ok, fair enough, v0 helped me a lot to bring life to the project, so I’m doing it by hands on vscode. No hard feelings.

But, I went to my account yesterday and got this image to post here

BUT few minutes later it was

I sent an email to support and got this reply

So basically Vercel is gaining money on money left in the account? Is this REALLY true? Do I will lose $18.29? This might not be much for those who live in US but for other people this is a LOT. Also, vercel will get A LOT of money with this move.

Is this really for real? Instead having $38.29 (which I was wondering to use in my next project) I LOST $18.29 and now SORRY???

Really?

v0 monthly credits do not stack or accumulate. The credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, and any unused credits from the previous month don’t roll over.

Additional purchased credits carry over until they expire after 1 year.
