DNS Configuration - “Invalid Configuration” Despite Correct Setup

I’m having trouble setting up my custom domain on Vercel. The dashboard is showing an “Invalid Configuration” error for both mandarin-atelier.com and www.mandarin-atelier.com.

However, I have already added the required DNS records:

I’ve waited for propagation, refreshed the settings, and checked everything, but the error persists.

I’ve attached screenshots of both the Vercel dashboard and my DNS settings to show that the configuration is correct.

Also, I’ve tried reading and following the Domain troubleshooting guide - but I still don’t know what’s wrong!

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Could it be a delay in verification, or is there something I’m missing?

The domain is bought in vercel and last time it worked automatically, but now idk whats going on.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I also have this issue popping up in my project settings:

And, the DNS isn’t propagating? Help!

Hello,

It looks like this domain doesn’t own by anyone yet. You need to go to Dashboard > Domains > Delete the existing domain and purchase the domain first before pointing the DNS server. Here is the direct link to purchase the domain: Login – Vercel (You need to delete it from dashboard before purchasing)

Hello Swarnava, it’s strange because I paid for it and now when I click buy domain, it will say “This domain is not available to purchase”. That’s why I can click into the configurations of the domain in Vercel. Is something wrong with the purchase? How can I check that?

I don’t see an invoice and I don’t think we ever charged for the domain. You can simply delete the domain from Dashboard > Purchase it from Login – Vercel and then you should be able to configure it.

Done, it works now, thank you Swarnava!
