Did all settings and still getting invalid configuration

You need to wait till the DNS is fully propagated: https://dnschecker.org/#CNAME/www.spp7.tech. Doesn't look like it has been configured yet. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as your Nameserver is controlling by Cloudflare.

I don't have a TXT record on Vercel

You don't need a TXT record. Only CNAME pointing to www domain and A record pointing to apex domain as pointing by dashboard.
