Can not access my vercel domain

Looks like this domain was purchased externally, I believe from xyz.com. I checked this by performing a WHOIS lookup for the domain.

At xyz.com, you must configure the nameserver values that Vercel specifies. If you have previously configured these values and they are no longer working, that would suggest a problem with xyz.com (or wherever your domain was bought and where your nameserver values are configured).

Please do check in with them and let us know how it goes.

I have the same problem. I changed the DNS entries to ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com a few days ago, but the change is not recognized in the dashboard and the domain is not working.

Hey @m17 ,

You need to check with the domain provider as you can see they aren’t propagating correctly: DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool

We bought the domain with vercel.

Turns out I can’t read a WHOIS lookup! You’re right.

The WHOIS lookup also shows Domain Status: serverHold which is less than ideal. I’ll speak to the necessary people about this and I’ll follow up with you as soon as I know more.

Also have similar problem please help me

Hey @imperialscorpionproj, it’s a slightly different problem that you’re experiencing.

Please follow the prompts on-screen and update the CNAME and A records at your DNS provider.

If issues persist, please create a separate post.

Hey @imperialscorpionproj. Since this is a slightly different topic, let’s continue our conversation in your other post - Cname issues - #2 by amyegan

Hey @lemonps, we sincerely appreciate your patience. We were able to work with https://gen.xyz (the .xyz domain registry) to resolve this matter.

Other .xyz domain owners who encounter a serverHold where your site cannot be reached should visit https://gen.xyz/abuse and follow the steps to unsuspend domains directly.
