DNS problem, custom domain not leading despite correct set up

Hello,
I added my domain rakoonz.net to my Vercel project and updated the nameservers on Namecheap to:
ns1.vercel-dns.com
ns2.vercel-dns.com

That was more than 48 hours ago.

DNSChecker confirms partial propagation (some regions resolve correctly)
Vercel still shows “Invalid Configuration” for both rakoonz.net and www.rakoonz.net
Most DNS servers globally still don’t see the NS record

I already contacted Namecheap and they confirmed everything is correct on their end.
Is there anything stuck on Vercel’s side, or do I need to switch to manual DNS configuration instead?

I can also confirm that the propagation is indeed partial and there’s nothing much we can do apart from waiting for it to all go through.

I’d advise you to keep checking in your Vercel Dashboard > Domains or project settings > domains to see when the updates get through.

In some rare cases these records can take longer to get updated. I’d say if they don’t get updated by another day, reset to the default NS on your Namecheap and try using the A records/CNAME. You can later on come back to NS setup.
