DNS subdomains forbidden issue

I have configured DNS yesterday correctly & added wildcard under the project now my subdomains behving weirdly sometimes they routed corrected sometime they fives forbidden

Look one subdomain is working correctly and other is giving forbidden some time both works sometime viceversa it’s so weird behavior
