Dns zone help

I need help. My registar does not want to change my nameservers. I get error Authoritative Nameserver failure for domain. I asked my domain registar why and they said its because of a dns zone. Authoritative Nameserver failure indicates there is no active DNS Zone on the new host's side ( the nameservers you are trying to use).

You would need to ask Vercel to create a DNS Zone in order to change the Nameservers across.

The issue is I cant contact vercel because I need to pay for vercel. I DONT WANT TO USE VERCEL ANYMORE.
