Does my project get shut down after I cancel Pro Plan?

I tried using Pro Plan but I canceled it because I didn't need it right now.

But then, the mail announced that my project is going to shutdown, instead of letting the project work in hobby plan.

Is this Vercel's policy that they shutdown projects of those who canceled the Pro Plan?

Once you cancel the Pro plan, your team will automatically be downgraded to the Hobby plan, but your project will continue to operate as usual. However, should you exceed the Fair Use Guidelines, your project will be paused where you need to upgrade.
