I’m a solo developer hosting a free, non-monetized fitness app on Vercel Hobby. The app is currently free, with no payments, advertising, or revenue. I’d like to promote a free beta through organic Instagram posts and use a daily Vercel Cron job to publish posts that I have approved through Instagram’s official API.

Would this use qualify as non-commercial under the Hobby plan, or would promoting the free app and running the scheduled publishing job require Pro?
