Domain artwizo.com - "Failed to Load Certs" / SSL Certificate Issue

Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent issue with my domain artwizo.com, which is connected to my newgot project on Vercel. Problem Description: My website artwizo.com is accessible via HTTP, but consistently displays a “Failed to Load Certs” status in the Vercel domain settings, and consequently, it is not working over HTTPS. This problem has persisted for approximately three months, during which the site has been continuously accessible via HTTP. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: DNS Records: My DNS provider is Namecheap. Currently, the following records are correctly configured as required by Vercel: A Record: Host @, Value 76.76.21.21, TTL Automatic CNAME Record: Host www, Value cname.vercel-dns.com, TTL Automatic (I will attach a screenshot of my Namecheap Advanced DNS settings.) I have also verified these records using dnschecker.org and whatsmydns.net, confirming their correct global propagation. Attempted NS Delegation: Recently, I tried changing the Namecheap nameservers to ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com, hoping this would resolve the SSL issue by giving Vercel full DNS control. However, this led to the site becoming completely inaccessible, and Vercel still showed “Invalid Configuration” or “DNS Change Required”. As a result, I reverted the nameservers back to Namecheap BasicDNS and restored the A/CNAME records, which made the site accessible via HTTP again, but the HTTPS issue remained. Re-adding Domains in Vercel: I have also attempted to remove both artwizo.com and www.artwizo.com from my Vercel project and then added them back again. After this process, the status reverted to “Failed to Load Certs.” Request for Assistance: Given that the DNS records are correctly configured and the website is accessible via HTTP, yet Vercel is unable to issue an SSL certificate, I suspect the issue might be within Vercel’s internal system or a specific configuration that I cannot resolve from my end. Could you please review your logs and assist in resolving the SSL certificate issuance for artwizo.com and www.artwizo.com?

I’m able to access both the root and www domain with SSL/HTTPs without any issues. Have you checked different devices or ISP providers? Do you have a firewall or VPN or antivirus program setup on the premises?

Thanks! Yes, HTTPS works globally, but the Vercel dashboard still shows “Failed to load cert”.
Could you please refresh the certificate status on your end so that it shows as valid in the UI?
Pinterest and other crawlers are still reading the domain as low-trust until the status updates.
