Hey . I checked on this, and the support chat response appears to be correct. I was wrong about opening a support case.
Looking at the domain on VirusTotal, it was flagged by Fortinet for spam. After you get the domain delisted from any blocklists, the XYZ Registry unsupend form will let you request that the serverHold be removed

If it's a domain you recently purchased, it could be something that the previous owner did. False positives are also possible in some situations. I'm not able to see the details myself.

I purchased this domain directly through Vercel, so Vercel is my domain registrar. I tried opening a ticket with Spamhaus (Ticket ST7180267), but they closed it stating that they cannot verify my authority because the domain DNS/email is suspended and they do not accept requests from generic email addresses (like Gmail/Outlook). Their documentation explicitly states: 'If these conditions cannot be met, then please have your service provider or IT manager contact us instead.' Since Vercel is the registrar of portolano.yachts, could you please contact Spamhaus / XYZ Registry on my behalf to perform the registrar ownership verification and request the removal of the serverHold / listing?
