I purchased a domain directly through Vercel, but in the domain settings page it is being shown as a “Third Party” domain. Because of this, I don’t have the option to manage or change the nameservers.

We’ve been tracking variants of this bug, this looks like a new one we got a general fix out for most of them.
I’ve manually fixed your domain and we’ve identified what caused this to occur, we’re pushing out a fix so it won’t occur for anyone else
