Domain claim stuck — "TXT record not found" despite correct, verified DNS - Help

I'm trying to claim ownership of muauganda.com via the team-level "Claim Domain Ownership" flow (project: selfcare, team: mua4). It's stuck showing "TXT record not found" even though:

The TXT record is correctly saved in my registrar's (Bluehost) DNS panel: _vercel.muauganda.com TXT "vc-domain-verify=muauganda.com,b3f0e847eba6dc760326"
I've confirmed this record is live via Google DNS-over-HTTPS and Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS repeatedly over more than an hour, with consistent results.
Vercel's own AI support agent in-app also confirmed via its diagnostic tools that "your verification TXT record is correctly published on your DNS nameservers" with the exact matching value — yet the Claim Domain Ownership flow itself still fails the same check.

This isn't a propagation delay. Can someone from the Vercel team take a look at why the claim verification specifically can't find a record that's demonstrably live and correctly published? Happy to provide account/domain details privately if needed.
