I need your help regarding my project and domain setup.
The project was previously under the Team account: retahouse-web.vercel.app. This account incurred extra charges because some friends were briefly added to the Team. I had already contacted your AI support about the billing issue, and after following the instructions to “Leave Team”, I didn’t realize the project itself would also be deleted.
Unfortunately, our domain www.retahouse.com
was still assigned to that deleted project. Now, when I try to attach the domain to my new project retahouse.vercel.app (under my personal account), I receive this error:
“Cannot add retahouse.com since it’s already in use by one of your projects (pending verification).”
Since I left the old Team and the project no longer exists, I cannot remove the domain myself. Could you please release retahouse.com from the deleted project so I can assign it to my new project (retahouse.vercel.app) under my personal account?
