Domain locked to another Vercel account - need ownership transfer - Help

Hi Vercel Community,

I’m facing an issue with linking my domain mustarred.com to my Vercel account. The domain is still associated with another Vercel account (the previous developer, who is unreachable).

Details:

Domain mustarred.com is registered under my Upperlink account (can provide proof)
DNS records configured correctly:
- A record: 216.198.79.1
- CNAME: 2ced0a0a471aafbe.vercel-dns-017.com
- TXT records: Both verification TXT records added
Nameservers just switched to Upperlink defaults (ns1.upperserver29.com, ns2.upperserver29.com)
Cannot contact the previous developer

Error: “This domain is linked to another Vercel account.”

Could someone from Vercel assist with unlinking this domain? I can provide domain registration screenshots and any additional verification needed.

You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.

Right now all of the DNS records are different from what's needed. You need to configure all of the required DNS records with your registrar (Upperlink).

dig shows DNS records do not match required values

I’ve updated all DNS records in Upperlink as you specified:

A record: 91.204.209.35
CNAME: mustarred.com.
TXT SPF record added

Waiting for DNS propagation. Please verify on your end.

I accidentally removed and re-added the domain. The DNS records changed back to standard ones. Can you please reconfigure it with the custom records (91.204.209.35) you provided earlier? I've already updated my DNS to match those.
