Domain renewal credit card problem

I am trying to renew my domain but keep getting an error stating ‘there is a problem with the billing address’ despite entering the correct information. I noticed a pending charge from Vercel today for $0.00 in my bank account. I attempted to add a different card but encountered the same issue. I need to resolve this before May 2 so I don’t lose my domain, please help!
