Domain Renewal failing

Hey there!

I tried to update my card info for the domain renewal.

It successfully saved, however, today you were trying to charge my old card again.

When I try to renew the domain manually it also fails (and I get the notification for the old card for the payment being tried with the old details…)

I opened a ticket already for this case but no response so far.

I really do not want to lose this domain.

Actually I wasn’t, thanks for the suggestion!

I tried now but the card keeps getting declined :confused:

I have now transferred money to the account with the old card details. This will probably not arrive until early next week. Is it possible to make sure I do not lose the domain until then?
