Domain renewal failure!

Hi my domain recently expired! Due to failed payment method on expired card and I changed the payment method and am urgently trying to renew domain and recieve “failed to renew domain” toast message! I sent a case to support, but if someone were able to help and look into this ASAP it would be appreciated my whole business and site are down atm due to this issue!
