What;s the usual grace period for Vercel? I own a domain name that I have had for 8 years that expired two days ago and there are no buttons to click to re-attempt payment.
I filed a case #317905 about 30 mins ago (too soon, I know) but I need to take a decision quickly if I register another domain and reach out to my customers or keep the hopes up.

Hey . You did the right thing by opening that case. And I can confirm it is assigned to the appropriate team. You're within the 40 day grace period for that TLD, so there is still time to renew it. One of our billing experts will reach out as soon as they are available to help.

Dear Amy, is there a way to accelerate the requests? I have a few clients on the line and have not received any updates on the case. The domain has been with Vercel for 8 years and a new card was added last week to prevent this problem.
Any help to speed it up will be greatly appreciated.
