Hi Vercel team, I own the domain shisaglobal.co.za. The domain was previously connected to a Vercel project belonging to another person, Titus. He has now completely deleted the project from his Vercel account. I am now trying to add the domain to my own Vercel account, but Vercel says: “This domain is linked to another Vercel account.” Vercel asks me to add a TXT record at: _vercel.shisaglobal.co.za My registrar, Register Your Domain (Pty) Ltd, has confirmed that the domain is correctly pointing to Vercel and that this is not a DNS or registrar problem. I have already opened Vercel support case 01gwWg45qPTlS4hI, but I have not received a response. Could a Vercel staff member please check the old account association and release shisaglobal.co.za so I can add it to my account? I can provide proof of domain ownership if required.
