Title: Domain still linked to deleted Vercel account – _vercel TXT not published by authoritative DNS
Hello Vercel team,
I need help releasing synesisaion.co.ke from a previous Vercel account.
The domain was previously connected to a friend's Vercel account. That account has now been deleted. I have deployed the website to my own Vercel Hobby account and added synesisaion.co.ke and www.synesisaion.co.ke to my project.
However, Vercel continues to show:
"This domain is linked to another Vercel account."
Vercel asks me to verify ownership using a TXT record at:
_vercel.synesisaion.co.ke
The Vercel dashboard displays the required vc-domain-verify=... TXT value, but public DNS queries show no TXT answer for _vercel.synesisaion.co.ke.
The authoritative DNS for the domain is:
and the SOA response confirms Vercel DNS is authoritative.
I have also checked the TXT record using Google Public DNS, and it returns NODATA/no TXT answer.
Could a Vercel staff member please check whether the domain is still internally associated with the deleted Vercel account and, if so, manually release/repair the domain/team association?
I am the registrant of the domain and can provide proof of ownership if required.
