Domain Stuck on Invalid SSL/Cipher

I am having an issue where my custom subdomain is showing a severe SSL error, even though the configuration is marked as valid in the dashboard and the CNAME record has fully propagated.

  • Domain: italy7percent.caesartheday.com

  • Target CNAME: 943a5e82c88b3b18.vercel-dns-017.com

Problem Details:

  1. The Vercel dashboard shows the domain configuration is Valid (or is stuck on Generating SSL Certificate).

  2. In the browser, the site fails to load with the error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. This suggests the Vercel edge is serving an incorrect or expired certificate (likely a fallback).

  3. I have confirmed via external DNS checkers that the correct CNAME record is propagating globally.

  4. I have removed and re-added the domain in my project settings multiple times to re-trigger the SSL issuance.

  5. There are no CAA records on the root domain that would block Let’s Encrypt.
