Domain transaction was completed but I can not use it

I recently bought a domain from Vercel for $10. The transaction was completed and invoice shows up in my invoices tab too but I then got sent an email saying that I need to click "Charge Now" on the pending payment

Now when I visit the provided link, it tells me that "Your plan includes a fixed amount of free usage" while this is the first domain I bought from vercel

I don't know what I did wrong or why I cannot use the domain. If anything, I would like to either complete this transaction or have vercel return this amount

It seems like the payment didn't go through for this transaction. Can you confirm with your bank that the money was not deducted?

You can try purchasing the domain again.

The payment was very well deducted from my account. I have double checked my invoices and yes the trasaction was fulfilled entirely The domain is still not functional and it still says "Purchase in Process" under name servers and DNS configurations of my domain It has been more than 24 hours at the time of writing rhis reply, any idea whats causing this and what might be a solution?
