Folks in this community are not able to issue a refund. But everyone, Hobby included, can request a refund from the help page. Be sure to ask specifically for a refund to make sure the support chat handles your request correctly
Ok, I managed to get the chat bot list the invoices for refund, but the invoice I want to refund is not there. I went to my team settings → invoices, copied the invoice number and send it to the chat bot, still doesn’t recognize it…what do you suggest?
