Domain Transfer In Failure with Processed Payment

Hey, I’m trying to transfer a domain to Vercel. I already tried once, but something messed up and the domain didn’t transfer, but the payment was still processed. Where can I check what the exact error was? I want to figure out the reason before I try again.
