Domain transfer out to a different registrar. It diesn’t work.
Please help
Did you follow the transferring domains out of Vercel steps? If you see an error message while transferring the domain using those steps, please take a screenshot and share it ![]()
Hello, Amy.
I had two domains bought at Vercel.
The other domain transferred out a few days ago, without any problems whatsoever.
But this last domain, which is unlocked, is passed the 60 days and so on - it wont give me the authorization code
I have already transferred all other domains to my Hostinger.com server in Germany. But this last domain name is giving problems.
I have attached 2 screenshots and 1 screen video.
Kind regards

Thanks, Marvin. I generated a new transfer code, which you should be able to get from the dashboard. Can you give it another try with the new code?
If it still doesn’t work for you, it would be helpful to see any errors logged in the dev tools console or network tab
Do you see any error details logged in the dev tools console or network tab?
No. Only the spinning wheel that keeps spinning forever.

The team just released an update related to that feature. Please reload the page and try again. I’d also like to rule out browser extensions and caching issues, so please also try with a different browser if reloading the page doesn’t get it working.
I don’t want to reveal the transfer code here publicly, so if all of that still fails, please open a support case. That’ll give the team a way to more securely share the info you need ![]()
