I had old bank details linked to my domain renewal and I forgot to update them until the day my domain was about to expire. I’m really worried that the auto-renewal didn’t process because of this, which probably caused my domain to expire. Now, I’m anxious to know if there’s anything I can do to recover my domain or if I’ve completely missed my chance.

Do you mean submit case? I have submitted It. It says case created successfully.
But I dont know how to track the case.
