One thing that confused me: When I click the “Dark Mode” button, it makes a ripple. IMO, that should only happen when you click on the effect area itself, not a button above it. But it’s great either way!

As its a surface / BG / Shader etc, the entire area is the “effect area”. The dark/light mode toggle is only there so people can see the variation of usage. but if one were to fully use it I would expect them to remove it of course.
But totally get what you mean.
