I’m reaching out to report a billing issue regarding my V0.dev account. I’ve been charged three times for the Team Plan, yet I’m still receiving additional invoices as if no payment has been made.
Please: help
- Review my account and confirm the payments. (I’ve attached the payment confirmations.)
- Immediately stop any further billing related to this plan until this issue is resolved.
- Let me know what steps you’re taking to fix the situation and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
This is becoming frustrating, and I’d appreciate a prompt response.
