ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH when opening using my custom domain

I am having to access my website using a custom domain. Here is my custom domain from NameCheap bimformative.com

But it is working fine on my mobile and when I used the address bimformative.vercel.app

I don't know where the issue is, everything seems fine regarding SSL certificates.

Expected behavior The website should be accessible using a custom domain on corporate networks.

Hi,

I checked your website and SSL seems correctly installed. Do you use VPN / Proxy / Firewall or any sort of antivirus software? Can you try different network and device and see if you can reproduce?

on another network, it is working fine. The problem is with my office network only.

I believe that your corporate network is using a firewall which may be overriding the connection and SSL certificate. You can use third-party websites, such as SSLshopper or Qualys SSL tool, to confirm that the SSL certificate is correctly installed.

Please contact your IT team to investigate this matter further.
