Error when making payment

I’m trying to make a payment, but I always get the same error:

I still have the problem, I’ve already added other cards, I don’t understand what’s going on, because at the moment I managed to load and then my question requests ended, should I create another v0 account?

See, I don’t have the button enabled to add credits

You need to be a v0 Premium member to add credits (there’s a message on your left that says this)

We’ve just updated the button so it should take you there directly now
